HOW TO ORDER
1. Choose an option at the top of the page (e.g. CBD Extracts, CBD Capsules, Topical, Kits & Cartridges, Partner, etc.) or use the “SEARCH” box at the top right of the page to locate items and/or information you are searching for.
2. Once you find an item, choose the concentration (where applicable) and quantity desired. Then, click the “Add to Bag” or “Add to Cart” button.
3. You can review your items by clicking on the Honeysuckle Scientific Bag or Cart button at the top right of the screen. To remove any items in your Bag or Cart, simply click the “Remove” button, or “Update Quantity” button to change the number of any selected item.
4. When you are ready to make a purchase, click the “Checkout” button and follow the steps that you will be guided through to complete your transaction.
HOW DO I KNOW HONEYSUCKLE RECEIVED MY ORDER?
Once we have received your order, you will receive an email confirming your order has been placed. Please note this confirmation email does not guarantee the product is available and any item could be backordered and delayed during times of heavy sales volumes.
HOW TO TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email update with shipping details and a United States Postal Service (USPS) tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to track the estimated arrival of your order.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please email our Customer Service as quickly as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org if you mistakenly place an order or if you immediately decide you do not want the order. Unfortunately, once an item has shipped from our facility, an order cannot be canceled. Also, please remember that we do not offer refunds on any order.
CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?
You have an option to cancel the order and place a new one if you are able to reach us before your original order ships. Please be aware that we only process emails during our normal business hours of 0900-1700 Central Standard Time (CST), Mondays through Fridays. Contact Customer Service at email@example.com
WHEN I PLACE A PRODUCT IN MY SHOPPING CART IS IT GUARANTEED I WILL RECEIVE THE MERCHANDISE?
Unfortunately, items are not guaranteed to always be in stock. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within five (5) business days. Sometimes certain high demand products will go on backorder during heavy sales periods. If any product is on backorder, you as a customer always have the option to wait until we do receive more stock of the item, even if that takes several weeks for our manufacturer to supply to us. If you choose to wait for a back-ordered product, that product will be shipped to you as soon as we receive it following the delay through our normal shipping venue. There certainly is no charge to wait for a back-ordered item to eventually be restocked and shipped out to you, and in those cases, we greatly appreciate your kind patience and understanding.
DOES HONEYSUCKLE SCIENTIFIC TAKE REFUNDS?
All sales are final, and currently, Honeysuckle Scientific does not accept refunds.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS WILL HONEYSUCKLESCIENTIFIC.COM ACCEPT?
All major credit and debit cards.
CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE (1) FORM OF PAYMENT?
Unfortunately, you cannot use more than one (1) payment method for any single order.
DOES HONEYSUCKLESCIENTIFIC.COM SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES FOR THE SAME ORDER?
At this time, we cannot ship to multiple addresses for the same order.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF CREATING A HONEYSUCKLESCIENTIFIC.COM ACCOUNT?
Once you’ve set up a HoneysuckleScientific.com account, you will have the ability to see your addresses, update them if needed, and view your current and previous orders. Setting up this information should allow subsequent future orders to be quicker to place.
I AM HAVING TROUBLE LOGGING INTO MY HONEYSUCKLESCIENTIFIC.COM ACCOUNT?
From the Login page, select “Reset Password” and an automatic email will be sent to the email of record to assist you. If no email is received, please check your spam folder or check with your email provider to see what filters, if any, you might need to update on your email account to allow Honeysuckle Scientific email to be received properly to your inbox.
HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM EMAILS?
To unsubscribe from marketing emails, click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any Honeysuckle Scientific marketing email and then follow any subsequent instructions. You can also manage your email preferences by logging into your Honeysucklescientific.com account. Go to the My Account page and select “Email Preferences.”
Please note that it may take up to 72 hours to stop receiving emails. You will still continue to receive transactional emails, such as order confirmations or shipping notifications even once unsubscribed from promotional emails.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We currently ship using USPS Priority Mail. This method normally takes 2-4 days in the continental USA. Once your products have shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that will include a USPS Tracking Number so you will be able to track the progress of your delivery in real time. We do offer faster shipping methods, such as two-day, or even overnight in some cases, but these will incur an extra charge for the customer and these methods of shipping are not included in our free shipping policy. If you are interested in accelerated shipping, please email us immediately following the placement of your order at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure to include your order number with the email requesting any expedited shipping and we will get you a quote for the additional cost(s) that will be incurred so that you may pay for those immediately and we will be able to ship those items in the accelerated capacity requested as soon as possible.
Also, please note that order processing may be delayed in some cases by up to 48 hours depending on when an order was placed before the item(s) will be shipped and this will extend shipping time(s). Any orders placed after business hours on Fridays, on any holidays, or during a weekend would fall into this category.
CAN YOU GIFT WRAP MY ORDER?
No, sorry. We do not currently offer gift wrapping services.

CAN I SHIP MY ORDER INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently ship only within the doemstic United States.
WHY DON’T YOU HAVE A CHEAPER PRODUCT?
Honeysuckle Scientific (HS) offers some of the highest quality and most premium full-spectrum Hemp plant extracts available today. Our proprietary and extensive process for deriving our true full-spectrum hemp extracts does mean that our products may not be the cheapest on the market. We at Honeysuckle Scientific do not want them to be. We want our products to be the purest, safest, and most effective ones available. The CO2 extraction methods used to extract our products and the further proprietary techniques used for processes such as potentiation are expensive and they result in a much higher cost product for us to create; we believe these gentle and natural extraction methods are worth the extra time and costs and there is no substitute for obtaining the most consistently pure hemp extract possible for our customers. It is easy to waste money trying lesser priced products that end up not containing the compounds they claim to, and it can even be dangerous to try hemp products that may be adulterated with toxic compounds and even with psychoactive components. We believe that once you try our products and experience the Honeysuckle Scientific difference of purity, quality, and transparency, you will understand why we decided to invest in producing and selling such a premium product line. We care about what we sell, and we will not compromise our principles nor sell a product that is not what our label claims it is, even if it does cost more for us to do so.
WILL I GET HIGH?
No. Our products contain zero percent (0%) THC which ensures they remain legal and that they will not cause any sort of psychoactive effects nor high.
HOW DO I TAKE CBD?
Squeeze a dropper full under the tongue and hold for no less than 60 seconds before swallowing.
WHERE IS IT YOUR CBD GROWN?
All our raw hemp is grown in the USA, in the beautiful State of Colorado, by our farming & manufacturing division and is done so using organic techniques and processes.
HAVE YOU DONE THIRD-PARTY TESTING?
Yes, we perform both in-house and outsourced third party and independent testing of every single batch of our products. We do not allow any batch to be bottled and sold if any impurities are discovered or if there are any discrepancies found among any of the multiple lab testing that is done on each batch. We also provide each batch test results set here on our website for all our products so you can see for yourself that we are selling what we represent we are: quality and purity.
